I mean, it's the SAM. Of course it's good. Go see some of the temporary exhibits (in addition to the permanent collection).

The exhibits on display were very interesting and kept us in the museum for a whole afternoon. The Art and Life Around the Pacific Northwest Coast exhibit was especially enlightening and enjoyable. The Big Picture: Art After 1945 exhibit was also put together quite nicely and fun to explore. An all-around lovely museum.
